Thank you for shopping at Woodairy. We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery timelines.
1. Shipping Areas & Costs
- Shipping Area: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required.
2. Production & Processing Time
Please note that "Processing Time" is different from "Shipping Time". All orders go through a processing phase (verification, quality check, and packaging) before they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Unlike mass-produced items, our wood furniture requires careful attention to detail.
- Crafting & Handling: Every order undergoes a detailed verification, quality finishing, and secure packaging process to ensure the wood arrives in perfect condition.
- Production Time: 7 - 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: 08:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver).
- Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
3. Shipping Time & Total Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, the shipping time depends on the carrier.
- Transit Time: 3 - 7 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Considering both processing and shipping, please expect to receive your package within 10 - 17 business days from the date your order is placed.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery service.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a specific Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Activation: The tracking number usually becomes active within 24-48 hours.
- How to Track: You can track your package directly via the link in the email or on the carrier’s website.
- Issue: If your tracking information has not been updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us for support.
6. Address or Order Changes
To ensure fast processing, we encourage you to review your order details carefully.
- Changes/Cancellations: Requests to change the shipping address or modify products must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Late Requests: After 24 hours, or if the order has already entered the processing stage, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Delayed or Missing Packages
- Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors (weather, carrier delays) may occasionally cause delays. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us.
- Missing Items: If you receive a package with missing items, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
