2. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order number).

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards.

4. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

5. Return Shipping Costs

It is important to understand who covers the shipping cost for returns:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, Woodairy cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse (Changed Mind, Wrong Size/Color Ordered): If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need the product, you are responsible for the actual return shipping costs. You will need to pay the shipping carrier directly to return the item to our facility.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@woodairy.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (or a prepaid label if the item is defective).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the following address: 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., different size), please contact us first. Since you are responsible for shipping costs for size exchanges, we often recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order.
