We understand that plans can change. You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To ensure your request is processed within the valid time window, please contact us immediately via one of the following method:

3. Policy After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour window has passed, your order will automatically move into the production or fulfillment phase. Once this process begins, we are unable to accept any cancellations or modifications.
- If you insist on canceling after 24 hours, the order will be treated as a return (if eligible) and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
4. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct.
- Before Checkout: Please double-check your street number, unit number (if applicable), city, and zip code.
- Incorrect Address: Woodairy is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
